More musically inclined readers will be happy to hear that on October 9, the Skyline Visual, Performing, & Applied Arts will be having their Music & a Meal performance from 5 PM to 8 PM in the Commons, which serves as a fundraiser for the performing arts here at Skyline. They will have Choir, Orchestra, Theater, and the Marching Band perform at this event and provide food for those who attend.  Visual art will be on display during this event.

While the Skyline Bands will not be having any performances until November, they will continue to perform at every home varsity football game throughout the rest of the season [see Varsity football schedule, above].

The Skyline Theater team will be working hard all month long to ensure that their play, “Pirates of Penzance,” will be perfected in time for their performances on the 4th, 5th, 9th, 11th, & 12th of November.

And finally, but definitely not least, the Skyline Blues will be releasing an album and a music video on October 20th on both YouTube and Spotify [Spotify: Skyline Blues  YouTube: AASkylineBlues].

October is shaping up to be an exciting time, packed full of sports performances and musical happenings that are sure to give everyone something to enjoy every day through to the end of the month.
