“So my specialty is birthday cakes. And it all started because there was a kiddo here at Skyline that asked me to make them a cake. And so after making that first cake, which was a Cinnamon Toast Crunch cake, I’d never heard of a Cinnamon Toast Crunch cake, so I did some research, came up with the recipe, made it, brought it in, and from that point on, I just bake cakes for all of my students. So when students have birthdays, I make them a birthday cake! Because everybody deserves to have a birthday cake: a well decorated, tasty, good birthday cake.”
