“Someone that inspired me to achieve and become great in my life is a woman by the name of Dr. Denise Eaddy Richardson. She was my high school counselor many, many moons ago at Huron High School. She inspired me to achieve greatness. She saw in me what I didn’t see in myself, and allowed me to apply pressure to my education to create the leverage to be a better person than I am. Every time I see Mrs. Denise Eaddy Richardson, I thank her every single time. In fact, I thank her so much that I call her my second mother. Her children are my siblings. When I first started at Clague middle school, she happened to be the counselor that came in and taught the counselors how to be counselors.”
