“I started doing photography a few years ago…. Coming into the [robotics] team, I was introduced to it by Thea Yocum. She’s our business lead, and was looking for some photographers that wanted to take some photos for competitions. I use my photography skills to get near the field, shots of the robot, candids of our team, and in the pits to photograph a lot of fixing stuff on the robot and things like that. I share the job with Ezekiel Paloff to get photos and send them over to Thea, who will make brochures and sponsor letters and use them for social media and things like that to promote our team and show what we do to others.”
