“I joined BPA because it’s a good way to get involved in business. BPA stands for Business Professionals of America and its a club where people are able to compete in business, medical, and other related career fields. You can also interact with a lot of your classmates that you never really get to talk to. I met a lot of new people when I joined BPA. Unlike DECA, if you’re more interested in health and other things, BPA gives you the opportunity to compete in those events. BPA will look good on transcripts for college, it’s a great opportunity to learn new things. I like it when the meetings are really short, but we can still bond with each other. BPA just started last year, so I was one of the first members to join and it really helped me with college applications and made me excited to take senior photos because it made me feel grown up. I recommend BPA for people who like to learn but also have fun at the same time.”
