Sponsored by Skyline SAS, the Spring Fling dance will take place Friday March 14th at Skyline High School at 7p.m.
Students all around Skyline are buzzing about the upcoming dance and talking all about when, where, and with whom they will attend.
Reed Jemison-Blais (‘29) is hoping lots of people will come. “I feel excited.”
The first step is to figure out what you’re wearing while in attendance. The dress code is labeled as dressy-casual. Both dresses and jeans are perfect for the occasion. The expectation is not that you will go out and buy a new outfit. The Spring Fling coordinators encourage wearing clothes you already own, staying true to the dressy-casual dress code. “I am wearing a sundress and Converse,” says Annabel Thomas-Rupley (29).
The dance begins at 7:00 pm and students are expected to be there before 8:30 pm, when the doors close. After a fun night of dancing and playing board games the dance will conclude at 10pm
Music will be provided by math teacher Nicolas Bertsos. “I am DJ. I’ll be there. We’ve never had a Spring Fling while I was the designated school DJ but I think it’s gonna be fun.”
Students wanting to purchase with a credit card must have bought their tickets before or on Thursday 3/13, if cash is an option for payment, tickets can be purchased at the door of the dance.
Will you be attending?
