I have been rowing for six years, starting at WRC [Washtenaw Rowing Center] in middle school. One thing I really like about rowing is being able to work out and compete with my friends… Last year when I was a junior I just had to make a list of D1 schools….I had to talk to around 20 coaches and visited my top school, which is Fairfield University, and loved it there… After applying, I got into Fairfield College, specifically for rowing, and I am really excited. I committed and will be rowing at a D1 school.
