“I started playing hockey because I wanted to try something new and there’s people in my family that play hockey, so that inspired me to try it as well. There’s many things that I like about hockey. I like the community, it’s super welcoming, and I met many people that support me and encourage me at every practice and every game. I also like the intense part of hockey, where you can play super hard and at a super fast pace. I just feel like there’s so many exciting moments during the game, whether it’s a goal or an intense play.”
