“I have been interested in journalism for a while. I started my junior year when I moved to Skyline. I didn’t think I would love this class as much as I do. Journalism is a very cool opportunity that I’m so glad I took a chance on. I’ve learned a lot from this class! When I first started I wasn’t a very strong writer. From being in journalism and learning the ways of journalists, I have grown as a reader and a writer… My favorite part about journalism is learning how to think like a journalist and seeing the world from a different point of view. I love meeting different people and learning what their interests are… I think anyone who has a love for talking and writing about new things should join the journalism class. We are like a family.”
