“I started playing baseball when I was 5 years old. I used to practice at my dad’s games and play catch with him. I was thinking about what pitch the batter would least expect. In this photo, I was giving the pitcher the sign of what pitch to throw. I got involved in playing baseball with all of my friends all throughout middle school and I wanted to take it to the next level. In the future, I hope to work up the skills to be able to play baseball at a college level.”
