“I do choir and Skyline Blues and theater…. It’s really fun, the community is really close. We get together outside of school, and it’s a really fun experience that is advanced and more music that you usually hear compared to choir [music]. I haven’t done a performance yet, but right now my favorite thing about Skyline Blues is probably learning the music; listening to the music for the first time, we sight read through it and it’s really cool just to see; even if it doesn’t sound good it’s nice to see what we’re actually going to be doing.”
