“I have loved flying in airplanes for a really long time, but it wasn’t until I was maybe 4 or 5 that I decided that I wanted to be a pilot. Once I was about 8 years old, my family and I checked out our local Civil Air Patrol squadron…. I took my first ride in 2020, in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Immediately, I was hooked once again by the thrill of flight.
