They like to say ‘Art is sculpture and painting and drawing and nothing else.’ It doesn’t include these XYZ things like Kandi Beads or Patch Work or hair styling. It’s just these very traditional things, and I think that’s stupid because art is just a way that you express yourself… in way that people can consume, but they can also twist it in a way that can appeal to them…”
